Rate the following features on a scale from 1-10. The number should express how interested you are in further development/completion of the feature, or for features that don't exist yet, how interested you are in seeing it developed. Polling. More documentation, a poll creator/editor, perhaps?
S2. The new style system.
Notification/subscription system. Subscribe to journals, users, threads, posts, and get notified in a variety of ways on updates -- LJ inbox, your email, ICQ, etc.
Configurable "Slashboxes" on the main page of LJ, to make it portal-like, and show you useful information. In other words, making the LJ main site be more interesting.
Internationalization. (LJ in many languages... many parts are dependent on S2 being completed first)
Better text messaging support.
Getting the directory working again. (even though it's not even our bug... grrrrr. long story.)

If you do work for LiveJournal, how effectively are you able to work, without LiveJournal barriers/red-tape/blocks/confusion getting in your way? Do you feel the other developers and people that run the site help you enough to let you accomplish what you're trying to do?
