Our thoughts and best wishes go out to all of our LiveJournal family affected by Hurricane Katrina. To help take one of the worries off the minds of our users in the affected areas, we've extended any paid accounts held by anyone who lives in the areas by one month, to prevent anyone from losing time during disruptions, outages, and other problems.
If you know of anyone in the affected areas who didn't receive an email from us this afternoon, please have them contact us at accounts@livejournal.com so we can help them out. Our system let us identify most of the accounts affected, but not all. |
