|Paid Time Reimbursement

In light of the rough periods we've experienced during the past couple of weeks, outgrowing our network topology & being attacked in a Distributed Denial of Service, we thought it only fair to give back some of your paid time.|
Those of you who had a paid account during the month of June are eligible for an instant 2 weeks of free service, even if your paid account has since expired. Alternatively, if you have plans to purchase 6 or 12 months of service during the next week, you're eligible to receive 2 additional months of service for free. Both offers can be found for the next 7 days on the Paid Time Reimbursement page, and they apply to any eligible account you manage (communities, etc).
We apologize for the recently spotty service, but as always we're working hard to overcome these challenges.
We'd like to clarify that the 2 month option is only available for payments that have been fully processed, so it can take a while for the reimbursement page to update with the proper option. If you only see the 2 week option on the reimbursement page, either refresh the page or wait until your payment has totally cleared (Our credit card processing should be instant, but PayPal payments can sometimes take hours to clear).
Note: We're still running into some issues checking for accounts that have expired in the past month, and there are still some instances where people are getting "you are ineligible" errors. We're working as fast as we can to fix these problems, so please be patient. I'll update this post again when I have more information.
Update: We've made a couple of changes for eligibility checks, so if you were getting the "you are ineligible" error before you should try again.
THank you for the offer. I don't know if I did something wrong, but I bought 6 months a few days ago, got acknowledgement from Paypal yet it says I'm not eligible for the extra 2 months.
It's a great idea, and the new paid account inducement worked on me like a charm. Only, I bought the account last week, got the email that it went through, and still, when I go to the reimbursement page, it tells me that I'm not eligible. Help?

Paying with a check?
I know you aren't really answering comments anymore, but I just ordered a 6 month account, but I'm paying with check, so it won't get received before tomorrow when the offer expires. What can I do about this? Do I just have to take the 2 week option?
Just like the previous several responses, I paid for an extra 6 months on the weekend, I am still not getting the option of claiming my 2 months.
I picked up my 6-month account, it's gone through (I got all of my verification emails, and my info page says that I have a paid account)--but the "Paid Time Reimbursement Page" only gives me the "extend 2 weeks button." I have tried refreshing the page, but it hasn't worked yet. I paid with credit card, and it went through rather quickly--but still nothing.
I really appriciate this, and I wouldn't complain--except that it's the last day for this offer, and I wanted to make sure that I was able to get the deal before it's too late.
I'm having the same problem as the others. I paid for another 6 months more than 8 hours ago and I'm still not seeing the "extend 2 months" option.
Yeah, like... delete me from your friends list please. I'm not a paidmember anymore.
I paid for a year, and I believe it only gave me the two extra weeks. It's not the end of the world, but I was looking forward to the two extra months. Is there something I need to do to get them?

I'm not going through all 707 comments to look for the answer if it's there...but...I"m trying to renew it with paypal and it's asking for credit card confirmation...using my mother's paypal (we have the same mailing address) and she has no credit card but she IS confirmed by Paypal (had to do the hard way). What gives? I know it's down to the wire, but I had to talk her into lending me the money as I don't have it. :P

I got my paid account for a year back on January 3rd, shouldn't I be elligible for 2 months? I'm only seeing the 2 week option.
