I thought you live in budffolo.
you just wanted to be the first to reply.
I know this may not be the right place, but did you ever come to a decision about the invite code => paid time exchange rate?
Whoo! Ann Arbor and Detroit are practically up the street from Toledo, OH. It's all good!
gods, Victor - if you're reading this... I hate you!
victor is a complete ass. no one likes him. once I was all "hey vic, what's up?" and he's all "shut up, I am a miserable bastard!"
He is effed up "like whoa!"
even though i dont live anywhere near michigan i just wanted to say thanks!
Me too. I have free long distance on my cell that I use for phonepost, so it doesn't matter much for me.
However, there are a lot of numbers considering how long phonepost has been an option.
THANKS GUYS! :)
HOw about florida being represented. It would make sense that florida's capital (which ISN"T MIAMI OR ORLANDO =) hehe ) has no phone number. I know ya'll are working hard at everything, but how about the 850 be represented a lil =)
is there a certain system as to what states get added in what order? just wondering how long my wait will be (meep - oklahoma) to be added.
so terribly cool.
Wahoo! You're creeping ever-closer to my area. Thank you! :D
Ann Arbor thanks you!
Michigan pagans thank you.
and I thank you!
hi, i'm going to be picky and point out 'detroit' is spelled wrong on the numbers.bml page. also, i say yes to michigan!
thank you! i was about to point this out as well (:
Any idea when the western US is going to get any numbers? Even a guess would be nice. Right now phone post is almost a useless feature for me since I can't really afford to call long distance.
Well, the maximum time you can do a phone post is 5 minutes and even at the most expensive long distance rate that would be about a dollar. Quite a deal, really....
or there are all those 10-10-whatever numbers that make long distance less than 5 cents a minute.
Anyway, I live in California, and $1 doesn't seem like too much to pay if I want to make a phone post. *shrug*
hotstuff. now i just have to get a paid account again. hahaha.
wait a second! you forgot about Michigan's 517 area code. That's where I be a living. :(
Hmm, Michigan has a lot of area codes... 586, too!!! But it doesn't really matter to me because I have free long distance.
But thankee, LJ-duding guys and gals!
Did you decide what you were going to do with invite codes yet (what do we get with the unused ones)?
I'm sure if they had, they would have made a post in it in news
Just a thought - ZTel might be a phone company worth looking into for services. I know they have business stuff, i just don't fully understand the details.
Woot...Can't waite till Washington get one. =)
Last night I tried out-of-MI numbers (doesn't matter to me on my cell) and they all hung up on me without even ringing, a message, anything. Tonight I started with the Troy number and it gave me a "not in service" message.
But the Pontiac one worked, so I'm happy now. Just wanted to let you guys know.
Will there be Wisconsin numbers later?
As was pointed out in the original post itself, they're in the process of adding other area codes and countries. This means that, yes, at some point, there will be Wisconsin numbers, but it might take awhile.
Awesome, thanks brad & the rest of the lj crew!
I don't even live on the American continent, but thanks anyways! :-D
Manila, Philippines anyone? Pretty pleeeease? :~)
Vancouver, BC, Canada would like to make better use of their paid accounts...
Maybe some in the Upper Peninsula (906 area code)?
Yay!!! Michigan is the state above me!! Woohoo!!! *dances the like this matters a whole lot dance*
